This passed week I've been travelling to visit my family before I move next week! It's going to be hard to be far away from everyone, but we can't have it all I guess. The weather has been just lovely, and we've all been outside as much as possible! This outfit is pretty close to a perfect spring outfit for me! Light and Breezy (not to mention comfortable); I could lounge in this forever!

Anyway, I'm crunched for time, so much to do in just one week! I can't wait ^.^

Spring has sprung!

It's official!~ Spring has sprung, and not a minute too soon! It's odd because we usually have a slow and gradual transition, but this year it seems as though winter held on until the last minute and suddenly half of the snow has melted in less than a week and we are getting constant beautiful sunshine. Of course good news such as this calls for florals and pastels! I did not hestitate to bust out my favorite spring dresses all week and loving every minute of it. 

In other exciting news, In exactly 10 days I will be graduated and moved! I realize I sound like a broken record, but this is the highlight of my year so far, and I truly cannot wait to see what adventures I will find in Ottawa.

Well, I think it is safe to say SPRING IS FINALLY HERE! The sun has been out daily, melting all the snow and giving us sweater weather! Even just in my little dress I didn't feel cold. It's fantastic. The countdown is also on for school (less than 2 weeks left) and the big move! Now that the warm weather is here I'm even more anxious to move and have new adventures in a city I love and miss dearly. I plan on wearing pretty dresses and flower crowns all summer! Who's with me?

After the storm

 

 

Something I do not own a lot of: Maxi dresses. Not because I don't think they are nice, but because I'm not the tallest and maxi dresses can sometimes look odd on me, as they are too long. I decided to take a chance with this one, and I'm glad I did. It's definitely not too long, it has slits at the bottom reaching up to the thigh, which I love, as well as cut out spots on the sides and in the back. It's the perfect summer maxi dress (too bad it isn't summer yet). Anyway, I hope your Monday is going well, have a good week!

What a lovely winter we are having this spring...

 

 

 

 

 

 

These were taken the day before the first day of spring. (please take note of the snow up to my hips -.-) In fact, since this day, we've been having pretty steady snow fall and cold weather. I'm doing my best to stay positive and remind myself that warm weather is coming! In the meantime, I am going to take full advantage of my new favorite cardigan! It's not the thickest or warmest but it's definitely comfortable and adorable! I love the fringe and heathered gray color, it matches a good deal of my wardrobe, which is helpful! Anyway, I've been busy packing and working and finishing school, only one month left until I'm done with all of those. I'm beyond excited ^.^ I hope your week is going well so far!
