How is everyone's September going so far? Over here the weather has been great, lots of sun but we're begining to feel like crisp autumn breeze which I love. I've re-aranged my closet, put away things only appropriate for thw hot summer months and brought out my sweaters/jackets, etc. I may be jumping the gun slightly, but I can't help it, my love for this season takes over everything! This day was particularily fun, Gavin and I had discovered some really cool new areas and plan on going back to get some shots in, as on this day it began to rain so my camera stayed in gavin's backpack for the remainder of our walk. But we have monday off so here's hoping another adventure back that way happens!

There is magic here

 

 This is is a place I visit religiously. it's right near my house and is unbelievably beautiful. It actually happens to be an overgrown abandonsed millitary housing, which has literally been torn out years ago with nothing left but patches of pavement and old lampost. Other wise, there are willow trees, field's of queen anne's lace, fireflies at night, wildlife (Gavin and I once had two baby dear frolock right past us.) and entrance to some wood-lands. I decided to wear this dress from Chicwish on some of my adventures there. (I'm wearing an old modcloth slip and shorts underneath), altogether it's a very comfrotable and lovely look that I'm sure I'll wear too much the remainder of the summer.

not very pretty but we sure know how to run free

Are you someone who likes to feel good? Are you in need of a fast, easy way to feel good on bad days? Well I have just the thing for you... A TULLE SKIRT, or a tutu, whatever you fancy. I've recently recieved this one from YESFOR and am in love. It's lovely, and though layered, still airy and light enough for summer; not to mention you could pair just about anything with it. Dress it up with a silk top and heels, or down, with a t-shirt and a hat, like I did. There are many different shades to choose from as well; I strongly recomend you check out the shop and these skirts (for an unbelievably low price, may I add?) I want to adventure into some gardens in this. hopefully soon, when work isn't so busy.

summer lovin'

I've been a real busy bee lately, I'm working and exploring and unfortunately haven't been bringing my camera out and about as much as I should/would like, at least for the sake of keeping up with these posts, even as it begins to get busy! 

Well, I had today off, so I went to one of my favorite places, and to my surprise, flowers have sprouted. The quality of these photos do not do this place justice, it's truly breath-taking. 

It's also been extremely hot out, and the only thing I can seem to wear are tank-top dresses. Unfortunately I don't own very many, and I am 99% positive I will need more to survive this summer ;)

Lucky for me I have this adorable dress in the mean time. Anything light and airy on those hot days is good enough for me (plus you can't beat this cute pattern).
